3. Orders and Acceptance

• Quotation: We provide a written quotation detailing the scope of work, price, and estimated timeline. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Order Confirmation: An order is binding once you accept the quotation in writing (e.g., by signing the contract or confirming via email) and, if applicable, pay a deposit as outlined in the quotation.
• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our services, orders for custom-made products or installations cannot be modified or canceled once production begins, except as outlined in our .

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT (TVA) at the applicable Belgian rate unless stated otherwise. Additional costs (e.g., permits, unforeseen structural work) will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
• Payment Terms:

6. Cancellation and Termination

• By the Customer: You may cancel an order before work begins, subject to our . Cancellations after production or installation begins may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional costs.

• Legal Guarantee: Under Belgian law, we provide a 2-year guarantee on our services and products against defects in materials or workmanship, starting from the date of completion.
